TOYODAS Recall is a call….. or I must say an SOS for the service industry….. if you have a loyal customer…you never sacrifice with the quality…. & if you have a doubt on the quality…. You recall the whole manufacturing process…..& if you find a flaw in the Manufacturing process…..you do a recall….from the retail…
It’s quite a wonderful example of recalling the loyalty…not at the customer side…but at the vendor’s side….. You can be a holder of many loyal customers…but all loyal customers have only one “brand”…. & they assume it’s a “loyal” brand.
